What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and (if you choose) a display name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google. When you make a purchase, payment is processed directly by Razorpay — we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves.

How we use it

Your email is used for account login, password resets, and order confirmations. Your order history is used to unlock downloads for things you've purchased. If you leave a review, your display name (not your email) is shown publicly next to it.

Who we share it with

We use Supabase to host our database and authentication, and Razorpay to process payments — both only receive what's needed to do their job (auth data and payment amounts respectively). We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Digital downloads & refunds

Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded. If a file is broken, missing, or doesn't match its listing, contact us via the contact page within 7 days and we'll fix it or refund you — we just ask that you give us a chance to make it right first.

What you can do with a purchased model

Unless a listing says otherwise, purchased models are for your personal or internal use — printing, modifying, and using the part itself is fine. Reselling, redistributing, or re-uploading the raw files (as-is) to another marketplace isn't permitted.

Cookies

We use only the essential cookies/local storage needed to keep you logged in and remember your cart. No third-party ad-tracking cookies are used.

Your choices

You can update your display name any time from My Account. To delete your account or request your data be removed, contact us — we'll process it within a reasonable time.
