Using this site

By creating an account or making a purchase on VishalLab.dev, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information when signing up and are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

What you're buying

Every purchase is a digital file (or set of files) — a license to use the design, not a physical product. There is no shipping, and files are delivered instantly through your account after payment or, for free listings, immediately after login.

License & usage rights

Unless a specific listing says otherwise, purchasing a model grants you a personal-use license: you may print it, modify it, and use the physical part it produces, including for commercial purposes (selling printed parts you made). You may not resell, redistribute, or re-upload the digital design files themselves — as-is or repackaged — to any other marketplace or file-sharing platform.

Custom CAD requests

Submitting a custom model request through the contact form doesn't obligate either party until a price and scope are agreed on separately. Turnaround times quoted on the site are typical estimates, not guarantees.

Payments

All payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details. Prices are listed in INR and are final at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Because these are digital goods delivered instantly, sales are generally final once a file has been downloaded. If a file is broken, missing, or doesn't match its listing, contact us within 7 days and we'll fix it or refund you.

Account suspension

We reserve the right to suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, or violation of the license terms above (e.g. reselling raw files).

Limitation of liability

Models are provided as-is. While we check geometry and dimensions before listing, we're not liable for print failures, material costs, or outcomes from using a part in your own project — you're responsible for verifying fitness for your specific use case, especially for any load-bearing or safety-critical application.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
